VIVOTEK EMEA is looking for a talented Presales Engineer/Project Manager to lead our surveillance solutions initiatives in the EMEA region. As a key contributor to our team, you will oversee the successful execution of complex projects, manage technical difficulties, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for handling presales & post-sales technical inquiries, providing technical assistance, and conducting onsite support of proof-of-concept demonstrations and site surveys. A strong background in security video surveillance, including IP camera manufacturers, is essential. Proficiency in Confluence, Zendesk Support, and Microsoft Dynamic CRM is a plus.
