Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for successful implementation of our projects in the CCTV market for the EMEA region. This includes helping our distributors and system integrators with technical inquiries, managing complex customization specifications, and ensuring all parties have the same understanding and project expectations.
- Frequent travels through EMEA will be necessary, with a focus on supporting the UK market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage projects closely, focusing on solving technical difficulties from start to finish.
- Handle presales and post-sales technical inquiries from customers, providing technical assistance and system level designs.
- Customer visits, roadshows, exhibitions to promote VIVOTEK Solutions to existing and potential customers.
- Troubleshooting (remote and onsite).
- Work as a team with EMEA sales, serving as a bridge between HQ technical persons and customers.
- Assist in integrating products into 3rd party systems.
- Provide technical training to distributors' engineers and system integrators.
- Test and develop sales kits for latest products and technology.

- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, electronics, communications, or information engineering.
- More than 3 years of experience in Presales/Field Application Engineer/Technical Support in Security Video Surveillance market.
- Native-level English language proficiency (reading, writing, and oral).
