Job Description

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Lavandi Talent is seeking an experienced EMEA Account Manager to manage their relationship with Sephora/Douglas, prominent beauty retailers in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Management: Develop and maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with Douglas, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Sales Growth and Account Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales revenue, product adoption, and brand visibility within stores.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with the marketing and product development teams to align product offerings and marketing strategies with Douglas' objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in key account management in the beauty industry, with a focus on Douglas.
  • In-depth knowledge of their operations and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
