Technical Account Manager EMEA

As a Technical Account Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and use of AWS services among our customers in the EMEA region. This includes crafting and executing strategies to help our customers achieve the greatest value from AWS.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their business and technical needs, and provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help them plan and build solutions using best practices. Your technical acumen and customer-facing skills will enable you to effectively represent AWS within a customer's environment, and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management.

This role requires the ability to travel 10% or more as needed, and proficiency in Dutch/Flemish is required. If you have experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment, and a Bachelor's degree, we encourage you to apply.
