IG Recruit is proud to be a valued recruitment partner with a global workspace technology company seeking a skilled EMEA Technical Account Manager. Due to extensive growth, the company requires an experienced professional for strategic account relations and growth.
This role is ideal for technically minded individuals with a background in workplace solutions. The purpose is to focus on account relations and growth, partnering with customers to help them fully utilize Freespace solutions and ensuring the best experience of Freespace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast sales and revenue projection
- Develop and implement original sales-owned account plans
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
- Plan for and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and secure contract renewals.
- Work with the presales team to scope new opportunities for revenue generation through a new service line based on mapping client requests.
- As required, support the sales team with materials and presentations to provide credibility and experience from existing accounts.
Key Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in a strategic account management role within a technical, SaaS environment, preferably within a global organization.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and product development interfacing to solve and grow client offerings.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, including pre-sales
- Experience in selling and negotiating commercial and contract terms with clients.
- Ability to work with and coordinate various stakeholders across all levels.
- An up-to-date knowledge of and a deep interest in technology.
