As a Strategic Business Growth Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and new customer acquisition for Toshiba EMEA's UK office. Reporting directly to the Head of Direct Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting Toshiba's innovative workplace solutions, and managing existing accounts.

With a strong focus on results-driven sales initiatives and campaigns, you will remain up-to-date with market changes and competitor activity, ensuring Toshiba's continued success in the UK market. You will work closely with clients, establishing and developing relationships, and guiding them through Toshiba's products and services. This role requires a highly confident individual who can present effectively to customers and colleagues, while maintaining excellent communication skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need demonstrable experience in a similar position, with a proven track record generating new business in selling managed print solutions, document management, or printing equipment. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in new business development is essential, as well as a strong understanding of software and hardware working together to offer tailored solutions that meet client needs.

In return for your expertise, you will receive a competitive salary between £35,000 - £45,000, plus OTE earnings of over £80k, a company car/car allowance, a contributory pension scheme, and 33 days annual leave.
