Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at 3Search, a globally recognized law firm.

This is a client-facing role where you will act as a primary contact, responsible for day-to-day relationship management and interfacing between the firm and various government departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Team Engagement: Collaborate with Client Relationship Partners to foster a diverse, cohesive client team.
  • Strategic Client Planning: Develop a robust client plan by analysing client needs and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Development: Lead initiatives for deepening client connections, coordinating regular relationship meetings, and actively participating in strategic discussions.
  • Pitch & Opportunity Management: Spearhead legal panel reviews and contribute to strategic pitches.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor and report financial performance metrics, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Value-Added Services: Drive client engagement through value-added offerings, including innovative tools and training.
  • Client Feedback: Proactively gather and implement client feedback to continuously enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Essential: Proven experience in Client Development, ideally within a law firm, with strong capabilities in relationship management and business development.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the government sector and experience working within professional services partnerships.
