Job Overview

Ambition is seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Specialist to support high-profile partners across various practice groups, including private equity, M&A, debt finance & capital markets.

About the Role

This role involves identifying potential client targets, conducting research, and implementing strategies to drive new business acquisition. You will contribute to regional submissions, coordinate cross-selling opportunities, and track partner client development activities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth plans to expand partnerships and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with event professionals to plan events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other business development tools to manage relationships and track performance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business development tools.
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year.
