Cvent is seeking a Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through solution-selling and consultative approaches.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on strategic partnerships and account management. Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing targeted business development strategies to drive growth and adoption
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on performance data analysis

We offer a competitive salary of $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

This role requires the ability to travel up to 20% of the time to represent Cvent at tradeshows and client meetings. Ability to speak German is a plus, but not required.
