IG Recruit is proud to be a valued recruitment partner with a high-growth global workplace technology company. Owing to extensive growth, the client is seeking an experienced Account Manager for EMEA.
The role focuses on account relations and growth, requiring a technically-minded individual from a workplace solution background.
This Strategic Technical Account Manager will partner with customers, helping them to fully utilize Freespace solutions and ensuring they have the best experience of Freespace while delivering planned revenue growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Forecast sales and revenue projection
- Develop and implement the original sales-owned account plans
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
- Plan for and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and secure contract renewals
- Work with the presales (engineering) team to scope new opportunities for revenue generation through a new service line based on mapping client requests
- As required, support the sales team with materials, presentations, etc. to provide credibility and experience from existing accounts
Key Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in a strategic account management role within a technical, SaaS environment, preferably within a global organization
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and product development interfacing to solve and grow client offerings
- Experience in customer-facing roles including pre-sales
- Experience in selling and negotiating commercial and contract terms with clients
- Ability to work with and coordinate a variety of stakeholders across all levels
- An up-to-date knowledge of and a deep interest in technology
