Strategic Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to work closely with our Strategic Accounts Team and Customer Success Team. The role involves identifying business development opportunities, working with both teams to secure adoption of contracted tools, and uncovering new sales opportunities.
The successful candidate will take ownership of projects aimed at strengthening cooperation between the Strategic Accounts Team and the Customer Success Team, analyzing performance data to provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
In this role, you will navigate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and initiatives within Key Accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and sharing feedback with other departments.
You will also work with the Strategic Account Team to customize collateral and sales positioning, utilizing your analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
