Job Title: Strategic Account Manager
About the Role:
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum. As a Strategic Account Manager at Bidvest Noonan, you will be responsible for achieving strategic account objectives and delivering exceptional service to our clients in the transport sector.
Your key responsibilities will include managing performance, ensuring robust adherence to contract HSQE requirements, and driving innovation to improve the contract through its life cycle. You will also be responsible for customer service, procurement, full accountability of contract P&L, and managing quality.
You will work closely with the contract management team to ensure that all day-to-day operational issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction. Additionally, you will lead a joint company-strategic account planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
Requirements:
- At least three years of cleaning industry experience within the bus/public transport sector.
- Experience of managing staff and budgets is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
