Customer Success through Strategic Partnership
As a Technical Account Manager at Docebo, your role will be to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with our customers in EMEA. You will work closely with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and workflows, and provide expert guidance and support to ensure their success with our learning platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical and product-related matters, working closely with the customer's key stakeholders and our internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Provide expert analysis and advice to customers on how to leverage our platform to achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborate with customers to develop and implement customized solutions that meet their unique needs and goals.
- Monitor customer health and provide regular updates to our leadership team on customer satisfaction and growth opportunities.
- Support the preparation and execution of pilot projects and proof-of-concepts to test new scenarios and present results to customer stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction, and provide sound advice on how to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Track and monitor customer tickets and provide timely updates on status and resolution.
Requirements
- Previous experience in technical troubleshooting and account management in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate our product and service vision, objectives, and offerings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to different stakeholders and reduce complexity of highly technical conversations for executive and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactivity in advising on workarounds and best practices.
- Strong sense of organization and ownership, with a project management mindset and approach to leading and executing initiatives.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in other European languages preferred.
