Established as a key player in driving commercial growth and innovation, the Telephony Specialist Business Unit within Bircham Wyatt Recruitment seeks a talented Business Development Lead. Reporting directly to the seasoned Commercial Director, this dynamic role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of communication.
Based on the company's expansive landscape, you will be at the forefront of cultivating relationships with existing vendors, devising growth strategies with customers, and prospecting for net new business opportunities.
In this esteemed position, every day brings new possibilities to contribute towards the company's growth objectives. Your proactive approach will set the stage for success, driven by a strong understanding of customer and vendor relationship management. Key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating strong customer relationships, assisting them in growing from initial engagement to long-term success.
- Supporting projects by offering timely assistance to ensure objectives are met efficiently and positively.
- Serving as a bridge between customers and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and alignment to achieve shared goals.
Key qualifications for this position include:
- A natural communicator able to balance strategic goals with relationship building.
- Experience in customer and vendor relationship management is highly desirable.
