Recruitment Business Developer

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Proactively developing new business by establishing strong client relationships
- Engaging in outbound sales calls and working towards targets
- Visiting clients for meetings in the Swindon area, requiring a driver's license and access to your own car
- Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings
- Managing existing accounts and relationships
- Ensuring compliance, payroll, administration, and system updates
- Working from our Newbury branch at least twice weekly
