Business Development Specialist

Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to join our Commercial Operations team and contribute to the achievement of our business strategy. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to deliver people plans, manage employee relations, and develop initiatives that drive growth and performance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex employee relations cases, designing operating models, and driving diversity and inclusion priorities. Strong relationship-building skills, analytical thinking, and experience in using data insights are essential. This role requires excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Commercial operations leadership to deliver people plans and priorities.
- Drive effective talent management, capability development, and succession planning.
- Develop initiatives that drive growth for employees and enhance performance productivity.
- Manage cyclical HR activities, including pay reviews, talent reviews, and annual performance reviews.
