Business Development Director

eGain Corporation is a leading provider of AI-powered customer engagement solutions. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with Fortune 500 clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities from top-tier clients.
- Present eGain's value proposition to clients, highlighting the benefits of our AI-powered solutions in improving customer experience and reducing costs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- 5-10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a focus on new logo hunting in the UK, DACH, and BENELUX regions.
- Experience selling to Global 2000 clients within the Manufacturing, Telco, Retail, Healthcare, Utilities, and Field Service sectors.
- Familiarity with Knowledge Management, Conversational AI, and Contact Center solutions and technologies.
- Ability to travel frequently.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
