Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities from top-tier clients.
  • Present eGain's value proposition to clients, highlighting the benefits of our AI-powered solutions in improving customer experience and reducing costs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a focus on new logo hunting in the UK, DACH, and BENELUX regions.
  • Experience selling to Global 2000 clients within the Manufacturing, Telco, Retail, Healthcare, Utilities, and Field Service sectors.
  • Familiarity with Knowledge Management, Conversational AI, and Contact Center solutions and technologies.
  • Ability to travel frequently.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
