We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our Service Desk team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality IT services to our students and staff.

In this role, you will work closely with our IT Customer Service Team Leader and IT Services Business Partners to improve existing services, implement ITIL best practices, and identify opportunities for service improvement. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for IT will enable you to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolving complex technical issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve services
