About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team at Only FE. Our College offers a comprehensive range of further and higher education courses and training opportunities for business and industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely and effective resolution of technical issues via phone, email, or in-person
  2. Collaborate with IT teams to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  3. Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and user documentation
  4. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT services

Salary: £24,285 - £25,335 per annum

As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and improving IT services across the College. You will work closely with the IT Customer Service Team Leader and IT Services Business Partners to improve existing services and embed ITIL best practices.
