Job Description:

We are seeking a Weekend Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information and assistance.
  3. Manage administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other office duties.
  4. Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:
  1. Prior experience in a receptionist or office-based customer-facing role is essential.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
  3. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  4. A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
