Weekend Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a Weekend Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information and assistance.
- Manage administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other office duties.
- Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or office-based customer-facing role is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
