Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide recommendations
- Manage room assignments, key cards, and door access
- Process cash transactions, handle payments, and process credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless guest service
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 per hour, along with generous holiday entitlement, cool staff uniforms, flexible shifts, full training, pension contributions, and up to 5 nights' free Accor UK hotel stays per year. Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess basic IT skills. Working Hours and Shifts
As a Reception Team Member, you'll work approximately 4-5 early (06:00-14:00) or late (14:00-22:00) shifts per week, totaling around 32-40 hours. Flexibility with your schedule, including weekends, bank holidays, and occasional night shifts to cover sickness or holidays, is essential.
