Role Purpose

As the Sales Executive for Endoscopic Solutions, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth for the organization by engaging with prospective clients within a designated territory. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting core products within potential client accounts, nurturing existing client relationships, and educating the market on product advantages. Establishing a robust network with partner representatives who offer complementary products is essential, along with acquiring a thorough understanding of competitor offerings and market positioning to ensure success and establish yourself as a trusted 'Endoscopic Consultant' for clients. Your overarching objective will be to achieve a 10% annual increase in market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propel sales growth and enhance market share within the assigned regional territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies for client acquisition.
  • Formulate and implement strategic business plans to achieve a 10% annual increase in market share, aligning with specified objectives for the position and territory.
  • Lead the clinical demonstration process for targeted accounts in the territory, managing the process from initiation to closure.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Specialist to oversee the pre-demonstration process, ensuring successful clinical demonstrations.
  • Cultivate relationships with various stakeholders including Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, and hospital administration.
  • Act as a key resource for client equipment training in clinical environments.
  • Stay informed on the latest reprocessing techniques mandated by AER manufacturers.
  • Provide support to key clients as directed by supervisors.
  • Assist the Product Development team in evaluating product prototypes or enhancements.
  • Generate regular reports for supervisors and maintain client data for future integration.
  • Participate in local, regional, and national trade shows as required.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures.

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) regulations, ISO 13485 standards, and other legal requirements.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, candidates must effectively manage the following criteria:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, complemented by 3 to 5 years of field sales experience.
  • Demonstrate strong independence and initiative in challenging situations.
  • Excel in competitive, fast-paced environments.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills for building enduring client relationships.
  • Show proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in the use of email platforms like MS Outlook.
  • Possess effective communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Demonstrate efficient time management abilities and adherence to budget requirements.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for accurate information sharing.
  • Ability to prioritize client needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in presenting to small groups with professionalism.
  • Understanding of basic mathematical concepts for discount computations.

  • Sit for 75-100% of work time.

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel 75% of the time, involving field visits and office stays.
