Compensation: £35,000 annually plus performance-based bonus, vehicle provision or allowance (OTE £48,000) and comprehensive benefits package.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Location: Remote position with travel required across the North East region.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Acquiring new business to meet growth objectives.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of existing accounts in the designated region.
  • Contributing to the formulation of future sales strategies.
  • Managing the tendering process for prospective clients.
  • Communicating and implementing pricing adjustments with customers.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Conducting site assessments, collecting waste samples, and preparing proposals and presentations for effective recycling, treatment, or disposal solutions.
Qualifications we seek:
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a strong record in new business development.
  • A valid driving license is necessary due to travel requirements.
  • Experience in following a technical sales process is essential.
