Field Sales Solutions is seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase category sales and dominance in retail outlets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with retail stores to develop action plans that increase category sales and dominance.
  • Increasing store staff knowledge of the category, new product development, and initiatives to build awareness.
  • Negotiating increased promotional space for key products to maximize in-store visibility.

As a Sales Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading field marketing company, partnering with big brands like Procter & Gamble. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing excellent working relationships with store contacts, using the latest big data insights and your knowledge of specific category trends to speak with authority and work with outlets to exploit strong performers and fix underperforming categories.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the brand portfolio, business development skills, and sales experience. Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, and planning skills are essential, as well as the ability to think strategically and fulfill immediate business objectives. A proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results is also required.
