Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Field Sales Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales of our products in the grocery and high street household category.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans to increase category sales and dominance in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store contacts to increase sales and promotional space for key products.
- Negotiate and agree on sales and promotional plans with store contacts to maximize in-store visibility and sales.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform future sales strategies.
- Proven sales experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and increasing market share.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with store contacts and other stakeholders.
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
