**About the Role**
Reed Business Support is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with trade customers to drive business growth through telephone-based prospecting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the line manager to contribute to the annual strategic plan and develop a value proposition for accounts.
- Make prospect calls to non-spending branches and prospects to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Manage accounts according to the call-cycle and prepare proposals and quotations for accounts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure leads are developed and send product information as required.
- Monitor trade accounts' spend in conjunction with sales target tracking and drive technology improvements to enhance department efficiency.
- Maintain accurate customer contact details in the CRM system and provide data and reports to the line manager as required.
- Assist with telephone answering and account management, including dealing with queries/issues.
**Requirements**
- Customer service, marketing, and sales training are advantageous.
- Excellent telephone skills and the ability to understand customer requirements to increase business.
- Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and HubSpot.
- A passion for the cause and respect for investor board values.
- Strong attention to detail and a hunger to learn market and product information.
- Must be a team player.
