About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the growth of the Packaging business at Fujifilm Corporation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the Flexographic and/or Packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales team to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to identify new opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the Flexographic and/or Packaging industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of current and past Flexographic and/or Packaging technology and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate complex data and market trends.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • General knowledge of the Flexographic and/or Packaging industry.
  • General knowledge of flexography, lithography, workflow, color and digital printing.
  • Ability to analyze and communicate product needs and manage product life cycles.
  • Previous experience managing and leading a team.
  • Proven leadership, mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions and demonstrate good use of independent judgment.
