Job Purpose

The Sales Executive, Endoscopic Solutions is tasked with driving sales revenue through direct engagement with potential clients within a designated territory. This role involves advocating for the adoption of core products among prospective customer accounts, nurturing existing relationships to maintain a robust reference base, and educating the broader market on the advantages of our offerings. Establishing a solid network with partner representatives who provide complementary products is crucial, alongside a comprehensive understanding of competitive offerings to ensure success and become a trusted "Endoscopic Consultant" for clients. The role carries the responsibility of achieving a 10% annual growth in market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales revenue and enhance market share within the assigned regional territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to secure them.
  • Execute strategic business plans aimed at achieving a 10% annual increase in market share.
  • Lead the clinical demonstration process for qualified target accounts, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Sales Specialists to prepare for effective clinical demonstrations.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer accounts through regular engagement and product support.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals, including Physicians, Nurses, Technicians, and hospital administrators.
  • Serve as a primary resource for customer training on equipment usage in clinical settings.
  • Provide educational materials and support in the field.
  • Become proficient in reprocessing techniques as required by AER manufacturers.
  • Support VIP customers as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team on clinical evaluations of new and existing products.
  • Deliver timely reports and sales forecasts to management.
  • Maintain customer data for future database integration.
  • Participate in trade shows as required.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of field sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proven success in fast-paced, competitive environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building solid customer relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Competence in report writing and timely information relay.
  • Ability to prioritize customer needs effectively.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of small groups.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and accurately.
  • Basic mathematical skills for discount calculations.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

  • Remain seated for 75-100% of the workday.
  • Utilize hands and fingers for tasks, including keyboard use, for up to 100% of the workday.
  • Stand, talk, and hear for 75% of the workday.
  • Lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25-50 pounds as needed.
  • See clearly at close distances.

Travel Requirements

  • Willingness to travel 75% of the time, including fieldwork and corporate office visits.
  • Ability to undertake overnight travel up to 50% of the time.
