Job Title: Sales Executive, Surgical Imaging Solutions

Location Requirement: Must reside in Georgia

Job Purpose

This role is designed to market and sell ultrasound imaging systems, options, and service agreements to both prospective and existing clients within the designated territory.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to formulate a strategic calling plan aimed at optimizing territory coverage and sales performance.
  • Identify and cultivate new customer relationships in the hospital and private outpatient sectors to promote equipment and service agreements.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services, while cross-selling additional offerings.
  • Partner with Hospital Relations Managers and National Accounts to build relationships and execute selling strategies with individual hospitals within networks.
  • Coordinate with Sales Administration to prepare quotes for new equipment and service option sales.
  • Engage with Product Managers to conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations for prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with Ultrasound Marketing to create business plans and market assessments for client presentations.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and technical skills related to Fujifilm ultrasound offerings.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback on competitive products, pricing, and evolving market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of all account interactions for active accounts and prospects in the CRM system.
  • Assist with accounts receivable collection, service contract renewals, and resolution of product performance issues as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conventions to generate sales leads and establish new connections.
  • Adhere to all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements and ISO 13485 standards.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the hospital market, ideally with a focus on diagnostic imaging equipment or related surgical devices.

Educational Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree is required.

Special Skills or Other Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to sell products based on customer needs; exceptional sales presentation skills; adept at overcoming customer objections.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels, including C-Level executives, Radiology Managers, Radiologists, and Technicians; excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to cultivate long-term business relationships; strong listening skills; capacity to collaborate with other departments to support customer service.
  • Competence in structuring sales to meet customer specifications, including product details and pricing; effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; proficient in organizing work and coordinating support staff as necessary.
  • Strong motivation to succeed; ability to work collaboratively with support staff to enhance teamwork and customer service.
  • Capability to monitor and maintain essential reports, including call tracking and business-related expenses.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geographic territory.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for business purposes.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

This position necessitates the ability to meet the following physical demands:

  • Typical office and clinical working conditions.
  • Capability to safely operate a full-size commercial vehicle.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted into an ultrasound vehicle.
  • Ability to maneuver ultrasound systems weighing up to 350 pounds on casters.
  • Frequent requirements to sit, talk, or hear.
  • Manual dexterity to operate iPad/PC systems.
  • Frequent use of fingers for typing and other fine motor tasks.
  • Occasional requirements to stand, walk, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
  • Ability to utilize personal, public, and air transportation as necessary.

Travel:

  • Frequent travel (up to 75%) may be required based on business needs.
