Imaging Service Engineer I

Job Summary
Fujifilm Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Imaging Service Engineer I to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging solutions team, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled service work on medical imaging systems within a designated service area.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on medical imaging systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Respond to unscheduled maintenance requests and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install and de-install medical imaging systems and peripheral equipment as directed.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service appointments, and parts inventory.
- Communicate effectively with customers, management, and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and industry developments to provide expert technical support.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of previous field service experience in medical imaging or a related field.
- Knowledge of medical imaging systems and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
The Imaging Service Engineer I will work in a fast-paced environment, often in clinical settings, and may be required to lift, carry, and push equipment weighing up to 60 pounds. The position may also require occasional travel and overtime.
