Job Summary:

The role of the Senior Internal Sales - Accessible Washrooms will involve:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the construction industry, including main contractors, merchants, and buying groups.
  • Selling a range of adapted bathroom equipment and accessories, including grab rails, showering, and accessible washroom equipment.
  • Working closely with the project team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new contracts.
  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, and to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including main contractors, merchants, and buying groups.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including tendering for new contracts.
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies, and to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the construction industry, with a focus on adapted bathroom solutions.
  • Strong relationships with key clients, including main contractors, merchants, and buying groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies to win new contracts.
  • Proficient in using sales software and other technology to manage sales activities and track performance.
