Compensation: £40,000-£50,000 + Profit Share Bonus (approximately 5%)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage in internal sales activities, promoting a range of manufactured products designed for functional and practical adapted bathroom solutions, including grab rails, showering equipment, and washroom accessories.
  • Focus primarily on building and maintaining relationships with main contractors, merchants, and buying groups, while also engaging with sub-contractors and specifiers as a secondary focus.
  • Dedicate time each week to explore and develop new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about ongoing projects, including key players and their progress.
  • Manage projects with values ranging from £10,000 to £100,000, with an average order value of £20,000.
  • Meet key performance indicators related to lead generation, opportunity conversion, call volume, and appointment scheduling.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in construction sales and business development.
  • Experience in the washroom or bathroom sector is preferred, but candidates with backgrounds in related fields such as tiling, architectural ironmongery, furniture, showering, or flooring will also be considered.
  • Embraces technology and demonstrates a proactive approach.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working within a small company environment.
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Proficient in IT and related tools.
