About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Veolia ES (UK) LIMITED as a Technical Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new business and managing existing accounts within the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets and expand our customer base.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of our sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Manage tender processes for potential new customers, ensuring successful outcomes and maximizing revenue.
  • Communicate and implement cost increases to customers, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal coordinators, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct site risk assessments, take samples of waste materials, and produce proposals and presentations outlining solutions for suitable recycling, treatment, or disposal routes for customers.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience and a proven track record of new business development is essential.
  • A full driving license is required for this position, as you will be traveling around the North East of England and surrounding areas.
  • Previous experience of following a technical sales process is essential.
