We are excited to present an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as a MICE Sales Executive . This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) segment across our prestigious London properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for new business acquisition within the MICE sector.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure continued business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute various promotional activities, including site inspections, familiarization trips, and presentations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and competitiveness.
  • Achieve or surpass the annual revenue targets set forth in the business plan for the MICE segment.
  • Proactively engage with MICE agencies relevant to the London market through targeted outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain an organized database to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and sales activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and industry events.
  • Familiarity with the FOCUS system is preferred.
