Senior Sales Manager, MICE

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager, MICE is a key role within ALS International, responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities through the management and sale of conference facilities, hotel rooms, entertainment, and food & beverage. This position requires a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of developing new business relationships and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the MICE business.
  • Sales Management: Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree qualified in a relevant field, such as hospitality, marketing, or business administration.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the MICE industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the MICE industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
