About the Role

The Groups & MICE Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales for the groups and MICE segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape in the MICE sector.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the groups and MICE segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and agencies to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to develop and execute integrated sales strategies.

About You

The ideal candidate will have excellent strategic planning, client acquisition, event coordination, and team leadership skills to achieve revenue and growth targets.
