Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize sales processes to drive key sales OKRs
- Partner with the Finance team and VP Growth to ensure CRM setup and reporting requirements
- Drive sales forecasting and generate comprehensive reports
- Ensure data integrity and align to consistent standards and procedures within our CRM and sales tools
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to create a sales playbook and ensure Commercial Team has necessary tools and resources
- Annual salary up to £70K, depending on experience
- Remote-first team with occasional in-person meetings
