Sales Operations Manager

At Smith Sales Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our Commercial Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency, productivity, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to increase key sales OKRs around efficiency, productivity, and revenue.
  • Partner with the Finance team and VP Growth to ensure that the CRM is set up to support sales processes and reporting requirements.
  • Drive the sales forecasting process, collaborating with the Commercial Team on their pipelines and generating comprehensive reports.
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity and align to consistent standards and procedures within our CRM and sales tools.
  • Ensure collaborative and effective communication with sales and cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.

Requirements:

  • 5+ year experience within Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS company (preferably in a high-growth start-up environment).
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing Sales Operations processes.
  • Experience using a CRM management system (HubSpot) highly desirable.
  • Highly organized and structured, with excellent prioritization and project management skills.
  • Sees data as a crucial part of decision-making.
  • Personable, energetic, and motivated with exceptional communication skills.
  • Humble and ambitious.
