Leisure Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Operations Manager to join our team at Places Leisure. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving membership numbers and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach the membership teams to deliver outstanding levels of customer service and drive sales growth
- Monitor and manage sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase membership numbers and revenue
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and products
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Leisure Operations Manager who has a proven track record of success in sales and customer service. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.
You will be passionate about health and fitness, with a strong understanding of our products and services. You will be able to communicate our vision and values to your team and ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.
