Leisure Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Operations Manager to join our team at Places Leisure. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving membership numbers and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
As a Leisure Operations Manager, you will lead and coach our membership teams to deliver outstanding levels of customer service and promote the benefits of activity in all its forms. You will be responsible for managing enquiries and prospects, monitoring sales performance, and completing reporting requirements within deadlines.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with experience in membership sales, ideally within a leisure/hospitality environment. You should have a proven track record of leading teams and managing them to KPIs. You should be passionate about health and fitness and have strong product knowledge. As a manager, you will need to communicate our vision to your team and ensure everyone undertakes a customer-first approach and understands the team's objectives.
You will need to evidence at interview how you have motivated teams to deliver sales and customer service on a consistent basis. You should also have a background in a customer-facing role and be used to hitting targets to achieve individual and team targets.
