About the Role

We are seeking a Placemaker Manager to join our Leisure Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and delivering exceptional customer service at our leisure facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the membership team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and retention.
  • Monitor sales performance and complete reporting requirements within deadlines.
  • Ensure team members use sales tools and techniques to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in membership sales, preferably in a leisure or hospitality environment.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams to achieve KPIs.
  • Passion for health and fitness, with strong product knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate Places Leisure's vision to the team and ensure a customer-first approach.
