Event Producer Job Description

STOPGAP is seeking an experienced Event Producer to deliver large-scale experiential events and installations for an iconic London destination. The ideal candidate will come from a property placemaking or arts & culture background.

The Company

Our client is an urban regeneration and property development business with a focus on creating vibrant public spaces.

The Role

As Event Producer, you will be responsible for delivering a calendar of events, activations, and installs that reflect the company's core pillars: arts & culture, design, food & drink, and wellness. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinating with external stakeholders, partners, and contractors to deliver exceptional experiences.
  2. Managing event staff, security, and cleaning teams, including procurement and logistics.
  3. Leading all event logistics, health and safety, and accessibility for on-site events and activations.
  4. Working with internal teams to ensure destination-owned events are effective and engaging.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale experiential events and installations from a placemaking or arts & culture background.
  • Project management skills, with experience in planning and executing detailed plans for successful events.
  • Knowledge of production, with management experience of contractors, event crews, and FOH staff.
  • Commercial and cultural partnerships: coordinating contracts for partners, artists, and other stakeholders.
  • Networking: nurturing deep connections with internal and external stakeholders.
