We are seeking a seasoned Experiential Production Manager to lead our team in delivering high-impact live events and experiential activations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with a talent for overseeing complex projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production process, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of events and activations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative concepts that meet client objectives.
  • Oversee production timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Interface with clients to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in experiential production or live event management, with at least 3 years in a leadership/executive role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex experiential projects across multiple industries.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for inspiring collaboration across departments.
  • Strong understanding of the production process and the ability to balance creative aspirations with practical execution.
