Job Title: Commercial Property Strategy Manager

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy for pipeline commercial units, ensuring they meet market expectations and deliver value to our client.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance commercial properties, maximizing income and delivering on placemaking objectives.
  2. Lead commercial leasing negotiations, collaborating with solicitors, agents, and tenants to drive successful outcomes.
  3. Design and execute asset management strategies to increase income and identify value-adding opportunities from the portfolio.
  4. Analyze project appraisals and provide strategic recommendations for the delivery of commercial units in the pipeline.
  5. Contribute to the development of commercial strategies for mixed-use schemes that prioritize placemaking.
  6. Establish strong relationships with internal partners and central teams, driving collaboration and delivering results.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in leading and delivering commercial development projects in large mixed-use schemes from initial appraisal to delivery.
  2. Strategic and operational leadership experience in a commercial property environment, preferably with a residential-led developer.
  3. Track record of securing new business opportunities in commercial property.
  4. Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative concepts, including placemaking, to support commercial aims and customer needs.
  5. Excellent understanding and ability to interpret various legal documents related to commercial property.
  6. MRICS or working towards MRICS (desirable).
