Job Title: Commercial Property Strategy Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing commercial strategies for pipeline commercial units, ensuring they meet market expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver strategies to enhance commercial properties, maximizing income and delivering on placemaking objectives.
  2. Lead commercial leasing negotiations, liaising with solicitors, agents, and tenants.
  3. Devise and deliver strategies to add value through active asset management, increasing income and seeking value-adding opportunities from the portfolio.
  4. Analyze and provide strategic recommendations on project appraisals, ensuring the strategic delivery of commercial units in the pipeline.
  5. Help develop and deliver commercial strategies for mixed-use schemes with placemaking at their core.
  6. Be a strong client for key internal partners and central teams.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in leading and delivering commercial development projects in large mixed-use schemes from initial appraisal to delivery.
  2. Strategic and operational leadership experience in a commercial property environment, preferably with a residential led developer.
  3. Experience in securing new business opportunities in commercial property.
  4. Evidence of delivering innovative concepts, including placemaking, to support commercial aims and customer needs.
  5. Excellent understanding and ability to interpret various legal documents related to commercial property.
  6. MRICS or working towards MRICS (desirable).
