About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Operations Manager to join our team at Places Leisure. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving membership numbers and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach the membership teams to deliver outstanding levels of customer service
  • Support the team in responding to membership enquiries and following up with prospects
  • Monitor sales performance and complete reporting requirements within deadlines
  • Ensure the team uses sales tools and techniques documented in the Places Leisure Membership Management Manual
About You

We are looking for a candidate with experience in membership sales, ideally within a leisure or hospitality environment. You should also have experience of leading teams and managing them to KPIs. As a manager, you will need to communicate Places Leisure's vision to your team and ensure everyone undertakes a customer-first approach.
