Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our Commercial Team at Smith Sales Inc. in London. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency, productivity, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
- Partner with the Finance team and VP Growth to ensure that the CRM is set up to support sales processes and reporting requirements.
- Drive the sales forecasting process, collaborating with the Commercial Team on their pipelines and generating comprehensive reports.
- Ensure data integrity and align to consistent standards and procedures within our CRM and sales tools.
- Collaborate with the team to create and maintain a sales playbook and ensure that Commercial Team have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS company (preferably in a high-growth start-up environment).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing Sales Operations processes.
- Experience using a CRM management system (HubSpot) highly desirable.
- Highly organized and structured, with excellent prioritization and project management skills.
- Sees data as a crucial part of decision-making.
- Personable, energetic, and motivated with exceptional communication skills.
- Humble and ambitious.
- Passion for construction, sustainability, and innovation and staying up to date with the latest industry trends is a bonus.
- Annual salary up to £70K, depending on experience.
- Remote-first team (we enjoy meeting up from time to time in our London HQ and we would love to see you there too).
