About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Central Sales Function in London. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing revenue opportunities in the MICE market by producing new business opportunities and effective account management across Agent's client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets in the MICE market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MICE Agents and negotiate overrides on an annual basis
  • Research and identify new business opportunities for the group from your account base
  • Liaise with Europe DOS's on offering new tactical offers and incentives for MICE clients
  • Lead quarterly reviews with Agency Account Managers to assess market share gains and drive activity
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with regional or global accounts and a track record of target achievements
  • Proven ability in strategic thinking and planning
  • Passion for developing new business and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Commitment to customer support and flexibility
