Job Description

Job Title: Key Account Manager - MICE Business Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Millennium Hotels UK/EU - Careers. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the MICE industry, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the MICE industry, understanding their needs and preferences, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities in the MICE industry, and develop strategies to pursue these opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the sales team, marketing team, and operations team, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience: 3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the MICE industry.
  • Industry knowledge: Strong knowledge of the MICE industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Business acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand financial metrics and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
