Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned sales executive to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of selling software solutions to enterprise clients and will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead our sales team to achieve revenue growth targets and expand our customer base.
- Enterprise Sales: Sell software solutions to enterprise clients, focusing on Workforce Management, Recruitment Technology, and HR Technology.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of selling software solutions to enterprise clients.
- Skills: Strong sales cycle management skills, experience dealing with senior executives, and the ability to generate and execute plans for securing new logos.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
